OIL PLANTS
The process of 'expression' by a screw press expeller
to recover oil from seeds and fruits has been known since a decade. AUM has
been successful in the design of proper seed/grain dryer and a method of
preparation of the seed to suit expelling efficiency.
The innovative ideas of AUM carefully engineered can result in an overall
savings in the energy consumption by 30% in addition to a higher throughout
by over 25%.
SOLVENT EXTRACTION PLANTS
- Solvent extraction plants of any type whether solid liquid or
liquid liquid extraction system

design where the miscella is evaporated in a short period of 2
minutes and at a maximum temperature of 80°C

to produce high PDI value meal.

efficient use of steam · Inbuilt zero effluent discharge system
designed without additional energy requirement.
