The Company also undertakes work on carbonization with recovery of Agrowaste distillates and gases for usage as fuels. Neutracutical Plants

Neutracutical plants are used for extraction of neutracutical used in natural pharmaceuticals and chemical intermediates. Some of the applications of these plants are as follows:

Extraction of tocopherols and sterols from distilled fatty acids
Beta carotene extraction from crude palm oils
Extraction of beta carotene rich edible oils, nutrition rich edible rice bran oil, lecithin drying and deoiling of lecithin to produce powder from lecithin

Producing EPO oil with high GLA content from encapsulation as a health suppliment product Manufacturing of CLA and encapsulation

Solvent Extraction Plant

Solvent Extraction plants are designed to extract oil directly from sunflower seeds, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials. Aum's proven design for solvent extraction plants is simple, robust, operator friendly and flexible. It provides easy change over of the process material. These plants are also used for extraction of other useful solvents in different industries.

Versatile plants available in both solid - liquid as well liquid - liquid extraction system
Capacities ranging from 1 MT per day to 1000 MT per day
Extraction plant using various solvents polar or non polar or a combination of both
Versatility for processing any kinds of seeds, bran or oil cakes. (Soya beans, sunflower, canola, cotton seed, ground nuts, rice bran, and any oil cakes).
Unique distillation design for short contact low temperature design where the miscella is evaporated in a short period of 2 minutes and at a maximum temperature of 80°C
Low temperature desolventisation and flash desolventising system to produce high PDI value meal.
Unique feature like thermo syphon heating for controlled and efficient use of steam · Inbuilt zero effluent discharge system designed without additional energy requirement.
Instrumentation with PLC and SCADA software for total instrument control or partly with data logging and acquisition.

Refinery

The oil refineries are used for industrial process, where crude oil is processed and refined into more useful petroleum products, such as gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt base, heating oil, kerosene, and liquefied petroleum gas. Aum specializes in providing turnkey solution of setting up refineries petroleum and edible oil refineries. These plants can be designed for refining types of crude oil through a series of process like Bleaching, Deodorization, Degumming, Dewaxing, etc.

Oleoresine Plant

Aum offer a comprehensive range of plant for extracting variety of Oleoresine. These plants have versatile processing facility to process any kind of spices like pepper, cardamom, ginger, clove, turmeric etc. And also paprika, red chillies etc. The plant can be custom designed to suit the specific needs of the clients.

Herbal Extraction Plant

Herbal extraction plants are designed for extracting various herbal medicines and any phytochemicals from various parts of a plant or tree like the leaves, the flowers, the seeds, the barks, the root and the shrubs. Modifications in the plant are made as per clients specific application based requirements. The herbal plants may be also be designed and developed for solvent extraction, with not only aqueous but also with a polar or any non - polar solvent.
