4) Salient Features:
- The Co-promoters are supplied with the raw materials required by
them and the technology back up by the Lead Promoter facilitating
them to do the manufacturing with low risk factor.
- The Co-Promoters are constantly updated with new technologies and
possible modernization and backward and forward integration of their
industries. The facility of the R&D and the Pilot Plant ensures
the entrepreneurs to see the results and the product with in-house
specs to ensure the product and its market and can go ahead with the
project in confidence. Since the Park itself with their Engineering
Division sets up the unit the confidence level is also high for new
ventures.
- The Co-Promoters are having in-house expertise for all their
process problems and difficulties and for any upgradation and
modernization work required for their unit to keep it updated and
reducing the cost.
- The new Entrepreneurs are happy to take up the new ventures
suggested by the Park since all the new ventures are developed
in-house and tested on the manufacturing capabilities and in the
marketing. The consultancy division also works out in detail the
profitability of the project and hence the unit becomes a
responsibility of the Lead Promoter who will ensure that the system
works as anticipated.
- The Finished Product of one unit in the Park will be a Raw
Material for another unit in the Park and his finished product will
be the raw material for another unit whether it is for formulation
or to further purify & produce Value added product from it.

- Entrepreneurs will be invited to set up their own processing
units using the crude Extract as the Raw Materials for their plant
for further processing. The Park will supply the technology and the
Plant with assured buy back of the finished product.
Different Entrepreneurs could thus produce different types of
products and the cost of Production will be highly competitive
because of the centralized infrastructure available to them. By this
the Entrepreneur can produce the final product of desired quality
standards, which shall be maintained and assisted by the Park when
necessary.
To set up these plants the Consultancy Division will offer the
Technology and the Engineering Division will supply the plant and
machinery or identify the sources and set up the facilities.
Through the use of library with latest additions and R & D
facilities Innovative Products could be produced adding value to the
Raw Materials.
The Lead Promoter will find managing the Common facilities easily
and able to develop and expand the facilities with the support of
the income generated by the fees collected from the Co-promoters for
utilizing the common facilities. As the Park grows the income
generated will be high enough for the Park to expand and modernize
the facilities and the specialist and manpower required.
The Park will also organize import of certain materials necessary
through the Research findings to make any significant products
earning foreign exchange in return.

The Lead Promoter with Four to Five Co -Promoters, shall
plan the Park to start with after deciding the specific line choosing from
any of the lines shown above. The Lead Promoter himself can volunteer to
take additional place of the co-promoters if necessary.
