AGRO BIO TECHNOLOGY PARK CONCEPT .....
1) Preamble:
Managing, manipulating and utilizing the biological means for medicine,
agriculture and industries may be referred as BIOTECHNOLOGY. Biotechnology
is gaining momentum to be the next boon like the Info Tech and is likely to
remain prospective for quite a long time. This is because of the
availability of ready natural solutions for man's daily requirements ranging
from Medicine, Health supplements to Agricultural Plant protection and
Industrial processes. This is because of the vast bio diversity (both animal
kingdom and plant kingdom), which provides all natural solutions for the
nature's problems. This vast field consists of careful extraction and
Formulations of Herbal and related other natural products, plant genetic
Engineering (GE) and genetic modification (GM), Microbiology and Industrial
Enzymes etc. When all these individual sectors are perfectly synchronized
and if such centralized facilities are made available in reachable premises
for each other, then it becomes the Biotech Park. This concept is derived by
Aum Consultancy Pvt Ltd a company dedicated into active
participation in trying to make our atmosphere into a Natural Eco Friendly
balanced system.
2) Concept:
The concept of a Biotech Park is to develop a Lead Promoter well
experienced in business and one who has an inner fascination for Naturopathy
and Natural Products of Eco- Friendly nature. He should view this Park not
only as a business venture but also as a committed venture for developing
Natural Products for solving all kind of problems whether it is
Nutraceuticals and Health supplement, Medicines, Plant Protection or
Industrial uses. Such a Lead Promoter will provide the Co-Promoters, all the
Common facilities listed below in addition to offering them the technology
support and supply of Plant and machineries as well. We from Aum Consultancy
will be available for supporting the Lead Promoter in all the areas included
here under as Common facilities:
(a) GMP - Good Manufacturing practices.
(b) Quality Control Center and GLP.
(c) Research & Development facility
(d) Project Design & Consultancy Services.
(e) Engineering Services.
(f) Marketing.
(g) Library with all latest Journals and Books in all connected fields in
the park.
This will enable the small and medium Co-entrepreneurs to restrict
themselves with the investment of the Process Unit alone and can concentrate
on their processing activity to achieve the desired result, without having
to bother about maintaining the Quality Control Lab. The Quality Control
will be monitored and validated by the Common Quality Control System under
the Lead Promoters Control. These facilities are available against charges
levied by the Lead Promoter, which could be based on the Turnover of each
company.
3). Lead Promoters Scope:
Setting up the Agro Bio-Tech Park with the following facilities.
- Setting up of a full fledged Quality Control Lab and an R&D
Lab in line with the GLP norms.
- Setting up facilities with a team of experts in the field for
guiding the R&D work and also develop processes by Pilot Plant
Study and prepare Project reports for the future Projects coming in
the Park.
- An engineering Division with all required facilities for
manufacture of critical equipments and with the required testing
facilities for undertaking the fabrication, erection and piping work
of proposed New units in the Park.
- Herbal Extraction Plant to produce crude extracts for
Nutraceuticals
- Phytochemical Extraction Plant for Alkaloids and Natural
Medicines.
- Extraction Plant to extract Herbal product for use in
Bio-Plant protection.
- Extraction of Edible oils from various oil bearing materials.
